Is my gift voucher still valid?
Firstly, great question!
We’ve tried to be super generous where COVID and gift vouchers are concerned, and have extended vouchers by what we see as a very reasonable amount of time. Please do try and use your voucher as soon as you feel comfortable to brave the world so you don’t risk it expiring for real.
Below are the guides for how long your voucher is valid for, depending on when it was purchased:

Vouchers purchased in 2019
Purchased in March 2019 expired in March 2020
Purchased in April 2019 expired August 2020
Purchased in May 2019 expired September 2020
Purchased in June 2019 expired October 2020
Purchased in July 2019 are valid until May 2021
Purchased in August 2019 are valid until June 2021
Purchased in September 2019 are valid until July 2021
Purchased in October 2019 are valid until August 2021
Purchased in November 2019 are valid until September 2021
Purchased in December 2019 are valid until October 2021
Vouchers purchased in 2020
Purchased in January 2020 are valid until October 2021
Purchased in February 2020 are valid until November 2021
Purchased in March 2020 are valid until December 2021
Purchased in April 2020 are valid until January 2022
Purchased in May 2020 are valid until January 2022
Purchased in June 2020 are valid until January 2022
Purchased in July 2020 are valid until February 2022
Purchased in August 2020 are valid until March 2022

If your voucher is about to expire, please get in touch and book your session ASAP. You must make your booking while your voucher is valid, even if the session is booked for once it has expired.
