Temporary closure - what will happen with your booking?

As I’m sure you will expect, we have to cancel all bookings for the foreseeable future. Please have a read of the below and let us know how you’d like to proceed / if you have any questions :)

At present our plan is to remain closed for at least the next 3 weeks, although we do anticipate it may be more like 3 months. We will be following government advice. I’d advise following us on our social media so you can be the first to know the grand plan for when we reopen and how things will be changing. - here’s links to our Facebook and Instagram pages.

In the space of 7 days we’ve gone from being fully booked until May, to cancelling all our bookings until May.

On 19th April we would have been celebrating one year since we opened our doors, and were welcomed into this wonderful community. To help us continue to grow our pottery revolution we hope that when you come to cancel a paid for booking, you will consider accepting a credit note with the promise of a enchanting pottery experience on the other side of these unprecedented times. We understand that this is not always possible, as it’s not just small businesses this is hurting but everyone, so do ask for a refund if that is the best option for you.

If you were paying for your session with a voucher, please keep hold of it + use it to book when life resumes. The voucher will be valid for the usual 12months since purchase plus however long we are forced to remain closed for.

I’m sure you’ve felt the out pouring of grief from all your favourite small and local businesses, who feel that the latest government advice gives them no option but to close their doors / reduce services with very delayed government intervention. We hope you’ll provide them the same luxury and indulge in their alternative action plans.

We’re continuing to provide gift vouchers for purchase online  so you can treat your loved ones to a future pottery session.

Sending you all lots of love, please do what you need to do to protect yourself and your community.

Hazel + the pottery experience team xoxo
